Adoption Jigsaw was founded in Perth, Western Australia in 1978, and provides search, mediation and counselling services to anyone involved in adoption and/or separated from family through fostering, stepfamilies or reproductive technologies. We have Preferred Service Provider Status.

We have conducted over 3800 reconnections, and many thousands of information and/or counselling sessions. We are Western Australia’s most experienced mediators with our mediator/counsellor having over 23 years experience in adoption work.
